Tributes paid to mum-of-two killed in Co. Tyrone crash

She was a mother to two daughters.

Mum-of-two Imelda Quinn has been killed in a Co. Tyrone car crash.

The accident occurred on Monday, December 26th on the M1.

Imelda has been remembered as a “deeply loved wife” to her husband Gavin as well as a “cherished mother”.

Imelda was a mum to two daughters, Nina and Norah.

She has been remembered as a wonderful mother and a beloved wife.

Her loved ones are heartbroken following Imelda’s untimely death.


Her funeral notice reads;

“Deeply loved wife of Gavin, most cherished mother to Nina and Norah, dearly beloved daughter of Cormac and Anne, cherished sister of Fergal, Angela (Morgan) and Cormac Óg, and sister-in-law of Mari, Colin, and Seline.”

Her funeral arrangements will be shared in due course.

Tributes have been pouring in since the mum’s tragic death on Monday.

One friend wrote, “Imelda was such a beautiful person, fantastic mummy and nurse, and friend. Thoughts and prayers with Gavin and their two beautiful girls.”

Another added, “Imelda was a lovely girl who has been taken far too soon.”

One also shared, “Imelda was a beautiful girl who loved her babies and Gavin very much. Such a tragedy.”
