Nicky Byrne has penned a sweet birthday tribute to his daughter Gia.
The dad admitted he was feeling emotional on his little girl’s 9th birthday.
The Flying Without Wings singer said he can’t believe how quickly time has gone by.
Alongside photos from Gia’s birthday party, the dad wrote;
“What a lovely day we had! Our little baby turned 9!!!”
“Happy Birthday Gia. Time is flying,” he added.
Nicky’s bandmate Kian Egan also wished Gia a happy birthday.
He wrote, “Happy Birthday Gia…Time is going too fast.”
One fan wrote, “Happy ninth birthday, beautiful Gia. How much tenderness is in the picture with your dad? You are a beautiful family.”

Gia celebrated her birthday with a Halloween-themed birthday party at her family’s Malahide home.
Byrne is in the middle of a major tour with Westlife but managed to make it home for his daughter’s birthday.
He recently announced he was stepping down as the host of Dancing with the Stars.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this show, full of glitz n’ glamour, and of course, being a part of everyone’s Sunday night Winter TV viewing.
“It’s been a brilliant five seasons since we launched in 2017, working with the best crew in the world.
“I have smiled and laughed my way through those 59 shows to date and what a journey it’s been. I take away the greatest memories.”
