“I’m writing to ask you to extend your compassion to real fashion victims — the animals who are violently killed in the fur trade — by swearing off fur this winter. “I think you’d be horrified to learn that every single fur farm that PETA has exposed has been beyond cruel." Pamela then goes onto write about the horrific circumstances that animals go through in order for people to wear them. "Investigators have witnessed foxes being electrocuted, dogs are bludgeoned to death.... and kept in filthy, dark, damp cages.
Further down the letter, she goes on to say that "times are changing," with women like Gisele Bundchen and Melania Trump "swearing off fur."
She ends it by saying: "You know I love you, and you can be a hero for animals as well as a great example by all your beautiful followers to swear off fur.
"Please do the right thing, you'd be praised all over the world, including by my close friends at PETA."
In August, Kim was criticised by animal rights groups when she was leaving a vintage store in New York.
