Ladies, let's be honest; we all know that a little browsing session in Penneys can quickly turn into a two hour+ try-on-the-entire-store kind of an afternoon – much to the despair of our husbands or partners.  I have found myself wishing on more than a few occasions that, much like Ikea have their Småland where you can pop your kids in for an hour or two while you browse, Penneys would go ahead and install something similar.
