Huge congrats to the happy parents.
Pete Doherty has welcomed a baby girl with his wife, Katia de Vidas.
The Libertines singer revealed the happy news on Instagram on Monday as he shared a photo of a newborn’s hospital tag.
Adding another picture of her baby curled up, the 44-year-old shared that she was born on May 31st and they have named her Billie-May.
It wasn’t long before friends and fans of the couple rushed to the comments to congratulate them on their new arrival.

One person wrote: “Weird how you can be so pleased for people you don’t know personally! Massive congratulations x.”
Another said: “Congratulations and lots of love to you all!”
A third added: “Congrats. Welcome Billie-May You look beautiful.”
While a fourth penned: “Congratulations Pete. Followed you since day one. Will follow you the end… being a parent makes you a different person. Hope your misses is ok mate.”
Pete and Katia are both in the band The Puta Madres, with Katia playing the keyboard while Pete fronts the group.
The two married in 2021 and this is their first child together. Pete is also a dad to a son, Astile, who he shares with singer Lisa Moorish and a daughter, Aisling, who he shares with model Lindi Hingston.
While Pete now fronts The Puta Madres, he has had a successful career as the co-frontman of rock band The Libertines.
