Pippa O’ Connor said all mams are doing their best.
Pippa O’Connor has opened up about having a nanny for her children. The mum said she couldn’t do her job without her help.
During a Q&A session, the businesswoman revealed she does have a nanny. One fan asked, “This might be too personal but do you have a nanny? I struggle so much with four kids and a career.”
Pippa responded, “Yes and I’ll always say it. I’m so thankful because I couldn’t do any work otherwise.
“We’ve had a nanny since Louis was small, basically since we started our own business.”
Pippa added that working mums often face backlash compared to stay-at-home mums, but stressed that everyone should be treated with respect.
“There’s a weird thing about working mothers and those who mind their kids. Do whatever works for you.
“We’re all just doing our best,” she added.
Pippa previously expressed her worries about her career ending when she became a mum.
She told Angela Scanlon that she felt pressured to pick motherhood or a career, but she realised you can have both with the right support system.
Pippa is a mum to three sons- Ollie, Billy, and Louis.
She gave birth to her youngest son Billy in October 2021.
