Police appeal after rocking horse with creepy note left for little girl

Very strange.

Police in the UK are appealing for information after an old-fashioned rocking horse mysteriously appeared in a family's garden. Looking like something from an Enid Blyton book, the rusted antique toy was spotted by a woman through her window in Camberley, Surrey early yesterday morning. It came attached with a rather creepy note addressed to 'a special little girl'. The note reads "To a special little girl love from Sophie cos we agreed & I blessed you and you/me". The woman alerted Surrey Police, who took to Facebook with images of the toy. They claimed that the woman found the incident spooky and have appealed for anyone with information to get in touch. "Are you eagerly anticipating the delivery of an old style rocking horse and it hasn't yet turned up OR has your old style white rocking horse been recently stolen?," they wrote. Proving they have a sense of humour, the police wrote that "she reported it to us in case it had been reported stolen or in the event that somebody was horsing around in the NEIGHGGGbourhood." There hasn't been any update since the photos were shared yesterday but we're fairly creeped out by this and intrigued to se what happens next.
