Jacob tells Maya it’s ‘over’ in tonight’s Emmerdale and yessssss

Earlier this week, it was revealed exactly how Maya and her paedophilic ways are going to be exposed in Emmerdale.  Later this month, her vile secret will be revealed during a fairly hectic gals night out where everybody finds out she's been making Jacob have sex with her. Naturally, this isn't expect to go down all that well with anybody because, well, she's a total creep and deserves to be locked up. And she will, eventually, but right now it's the little things that are getting us through this painful grooming storyline, like the knowledge that it will soon be over, and that Jacob is slowly but surely realising how problematic it all is. In tonight's instalment of the soap, the teenager will finally (finally!) tell Maya that's all over. The teacher pulls Jacob aside to ask why he wasn't in class earlier, to which he responds that he simply "can't face" being in the same room as her because of the guilt he feels towards his dad. "I hate what we're doing to Liv and my dad. We need to tell them the truth," he argues, before Maya begs him not to because she'll (sadly) "go to prison." Unimpressed that Maya won't end things with his dad herself, Jacob decides to end things himself, accusing Maya of wasting his time. Which, yeah OK in fairness she is, but she's also grooming him and essentially ruining the most formative years of his life which is arguably a lot worse. "You'll never be with me the way I want you to," says Jacob before saying it's "over" and storming away, leaving Maya to silently plot her next move to lure the teenager back in. Because you know she will, like. This isn't over yet. But it nearly is. Nearly.
