An Post has once again managed to deliver a vaguely-addressed letter

They've outdone themselves once again.

They’re the real MVPs…

An Post have once again reaffirmed their legendary status by managing to deliver this very vaguely worded letter down in Limerick.

Zondra Meaney appeared on RTÉ recently to discuss the rare genetic disorder she suffers from and the life saving surgery she needs to get over in Spain.

Since she was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) — a rare connective tissue disorder — her life has changed completely. Then in 2014, she was also diagnosed with a separate disease called chiari malformation, a rare brain disorder.

She’s looking to raise money to fund the surgery and you can find more information on it on her GoFundMe page here.

But someone spotted her on RTÉ recently, and wanted to send her a donation, but didn’t have her address.

So the person from Sligo who sent it, did the best with the information they had available to them.

Speaking to JOE, Zondra said: “We couldn’t believe this made it all the way to us and the amazing kindness of strangers is overwhelming. We have been receiving lovely comments all day.

“It’s even been shared as far as America and Spain as they are awed at how the postal system actually found us. Well done to An Post and the wonderfully caring sender.”
