When you look at the above photo you may guess that the three women are similar ages or a few years apart, right? If you were asked to pick the mother and daughters in the picture, you might struggle.

What's more, she is a mother of seven and is 43 years of age. Absolutely incredible.
Jessica Enslow has picked up an impressive following after completely transforming her life and restructuring her diet and routine. She now focuses on weight training and eating the right food and she's certainly seeing the results.
She often does comparisons on Instagram from when she was 20 with just one baby, to now, at the age of 43, when she has a much larger family.
