Rachel Gorry has been hit with waves of trolling
Rachel Gorry has opened up about the extreme trolling she has faced since confirming her new relationship.
The influencer revealed she was in a new relationship this summer, but trolls have been targeting the mum-of-three since she shared the news.
Rachel recently addressed the abuse she was dealing with in an honest Instagram post.
She said most of her supporters have been incredibly kind to her, but some have acted cruelly since she confirmed her relationship.
Rachel recently posted a photo of her and her boyfriend in Rome, but some trolls slated her over the relationship.
She explained that people had been taking and sharing photos of her and her partner in public so she wanted to take control of the narrative.
She said: “We were in Rome and I just thought, I’ll share a picture so you know who it’s not. You know what I mean? So that’s what I did anyway. I was very happy to do that. He’s very easy on the guy. He’s handsome.
“So I thought that will stop people maybe taking photographs of him in public and saying ’this is him’ or my friends won’t be getting tagged or messages. Some of my friends had got some pretty mad messages. But anyway. So I thought that I would just put an end to it and that would be it.
“However, I got these messages. I think I’m probably better off showing you the messages first before I come on and then say what I’m going to say,” Rachel said.

She then shared a screenshot of the harrowing messages she received.
Rachel said: “I just feel like you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t.”
The mum said she is so happy with her life but messages like this are uncalled for.
“I can tell you now I am so happy and I have been through six years of absolute hell. And for the first time in a very long time, I feel very happy. I’m in my little love bubble at the minute. My family’s happy. My girls are happy. I’m happy. And to me, that’s all that matters,” she stressed.
Rachel tragically lost her husband Daniel to oesophageal cancer in April 2020.
