Ronaldo has shared the first photo of his newborn daughter.
The footballer confirmed his baby girl and partner Georgina are finally home from the hospital.
He posted a sweet photo of their family to his Instagram account. The proud dad is cradling his newborn daughter in his arms in the snap.
He wrote, “Home sweet home. Gio and our baby girl are finally together with us.”
“We want to thank everyone for all the kind words and gestures. Your support is very important and we all felt the love and respect that you have for our family.
“Now it’s time to be grateful for the life that we’ve just welcomed into this world,” he added.
Earlier this week, Cristiano and Georgina confirmed the heartbreaking news that one of their twins had died. Their baby boy sadly didn’t make it.

The parents confirmed the news in a joint statement.
“It is with our deepest sadness that we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away.
“It is the greatest pain that any parent can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.
“We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support.”
“Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.”
Cristiano and Georgina revealed they were expecting twins in 2021.
The couple is also parents to daughter Alana Martina, who was born in 2017.
Ronaldo is also a dad to his son Cristiano Jr. and twins Eva and Mateo.
The name of their newborn daughter has yet to be revealed.
