Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome welcome a baby girl and reveal her name

Rupert Grint confirmed the news on Instagram

The couple announced the arrival of their second child, a baby girl, on Instagram.

Grint proudly confirmed that his partner gave birth to a healthy baby girl.

The parents decided to call their daughter Goldie.

He wrote, "‘Secret Child Slightly Revealed’ Introducing Goldie G. Grint. A 10/10 baby (so far.)

"Shout out to Alex Digesu for always delivering," he added.

The Servant star is also a dad to four-year-old daughter Wednesday.

He also confirmed the birth of his first child on Instagram in 2020 by posting a photo of him cradling his baby girl.

"Hey Instagram....only 10 years late, but here I am. Grint on the Gram! Here to introduce you all to Wednesday G. Grint. Stay safe, Rupert."

Speaking about becoming a dad, Grint told Entertainment Tonight that it's "the best thing."

“It’s great. I’m absolutely loving being a dad. It’s just the best thing.”

The actor added, "It’s amazing how it completely kind of takes over everything. It’s all I really care about, so it’s been great.”

Grint has been in a relationship with actress Georgia Groome since 2011.

Groome played Georgia Nicolson from Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging.
