Ruth Langsford wasn’t happy with husband Eamonn this morning

Ruth was not impressed!

As viewers know, Eamonn Holmes and wife Ruth are filling in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schoefield on This Morning for mid-term break. Ruth, who is a regular panellist on Loose Women, was a little taken aback on today's show when she thought her husband was touching her bum while live on air. The popular presenter was introducing the next guest on the show when Eamonn put his hand on the table behind his wife. However, she was sure he was trying to touch her and proceeded to ask him. According to The Sun, Ruth said:

 "Did you just touch my bottom? I think you did!"

Eamonn was having none of it though and said that he was "resting his hand". Realising she wasn't going to get a straight answer, Ruth then moved on and as has become common for the TV favourites, their humorous banter continued for the remainder of the show. Earlier today, it was announced that the husband and wife duo would present new Channel 5 show, Do The Right Thing. It's believed that the show will celebrate real-life stories and honour people from all walks of life while also including a consumer-focused element. In addition to Ruth and Eamonn, Do The Right Thing will feature Michael Underwood, Ann Widdecombe, and Roman Kemp.
