Ruth Negga ticked all our fashion boxes last night.
It was the awards ceremony that caused shockwaves around the world, what with #Oscargate (we can't unsee it), but despite missing out on the lead actress gong, Ruth Negga cemented herself as one to watch on the fashion front.
Arriving early on the red carpet, the Limerick native looked demure in a high neck custom Valentino, which had us seriously crushing on the Victorian era.
Most notably, the Irish actress accessorised with an ACLU blue ribbon showing her support for the American Civil Liberties Union.
Not too shabby for her first Academy Awards eh?
