The couple – who are parents to James, 3, and 1-year-old Inez – are known to pretty expertly troll each other on social media, especially when it comes to the holidays (or there are unflattering paparazzi shots about).
And when the Deadpool star heard about rumours their marriage had hit a rough patch, he was quick to fire back with his own quip.
The pair, who have been married for six years, were said to be “struggling to spend quality time together” – but Ryan says that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Resharing the story on Twitter, he wrote:
“I wish. I could use a little ‘me time.’ ”
He made the joke a week after they walked the red carpet together at the New York premiere of Final Portrait together.
It comes as Blake shared the secret to her happy marriage with Ryan Reynolds.
The mum-of-two said the pair try not to let their hectic work schedules get in the way of spending time as a family, or their relationship.
She explained to People:
“My husband and I don’t work at the same time, so we all go together as a family.
“If we’re away as a family, it’s never more than for a day. We stay together.”
