"Safe shelter and food" has been made available for homeless people as the temperatures continue to drop.
Housing Minister Eoghan Murphy confirmed that provisions are in place to assist anyone who needs it, as temperatures are forecast to drop to -8C.
He tweeted:
"Contact with Dublin, Cork, Limerick & Galway has confirmed arrangements in place for rough sleepers.
"Teams already out in Dublin to help people in ahead of snow forecast for tonight and efforts will intensify in to the evening.
"There is safe shelter & food available for everyone who needs it. My thanks to our partners @PMVTrust who placed everyone they could get in last night (and still with extra capacity had it been needed)."

It comes as Met Eireann issued two new weather warnings this afternoon, and updated the previous status orange warning.
A yellow rainfall warning was issued for Wexford, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford. The caution will be put into place from 9pm on Saturday evening, until 11pm on Sunday night.
Heavy rain is forecast for the area, with some outbreaks on Sunday. Total falls of 25 to 40 mm expected in Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and in coastal areas of Wexford and Waterford.
Meanwhile, a yellow snow-ice warning has been issued for Dublin, Louth, Wexford, Cavan, Monaghan, Leitrim, Sligo and Waterford.
The caution will be in place from 11pm on Saturday, December 9 until the same time the following night.
Rain and sleet are forecast overnight and during Sunday, with a risk of snowfall particularly in areas away from coasts and on high ground.
The status orange snow-ice warning remains in place, but has since been updated. It now includes Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Wicklow, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Galway, Mayo, Roscommon and Tipperary.
Significant snow falls, accumulations of 4cm to 8cm, are still expected in the area on Saturday night and into Sunday.
Slippery paths and treacherous roads also due to snow accumulation and ice.
