Unable to go in person this year? We’ve got you covered

Dublin’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade finally returns after the pandemic halted celebrations in both 2020 and 2021.

Thousands are set to gather in the country’s capital to celebrate our national holiday.

However, some of us won’t be able to make it into Dublin today, but don’t worry.

You can still watch the parade in all its glory from the comfort of your own home.

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be available to watch online and on TV too.

IrishCentral and Tourism Ireland have teamed up to bring a live stream of the parade into the homes of millions. You can watch the parade from 8 am EST / 12 PM Irish time over on the IrishCentral Facebook page.

None other than Francis Brennan will be hosting the live stream alongside Vanessa Rose Valero.

You can also catch the parade on RTÉ 1 at 12 pm. It will broadcast the entire parade this afternoon so nobody will miss out on the Paddy’s Day festivities.

The parade is bound to be bigger and better than ever this year.

Olympian Kellie Harrington and Paralympian Ellen Keane will be this year’s Grand Marshals.

Hollywood actor John C Reilly will also be the guest of honour at the parade this year.

According to organisers, this year’s parade will be “fresh, ambitious and bold”.

It will feature audience interaction, new artistic elements and world-class marching bands.

It’s great to see the parade return.
