We’ll see you there!

Socialising as a new parent is not easy. Even trying to organise a babysitter is a mission, never mind everything else you need to sort out. However, having a strong community around you is essential, but it isn’t always possible.

Luckily, there are a host of events that both you and your baby can attend. Including brand new Baby On Board screenings at The Stella Cinema in Rathmines.

If you’ve missed curling up in front of the big screen with buttery popcorn then we’ve got good news for you. The popular cinema has just launched screenings suited for parents and babies.

Not only is The Stella’s new screening a great way to unwind and watch a movie, but it’s also a lovely way to meet new parents.

Stella Rathmines is set to launch weekly Baby on Board screenings from Tuesday,  March 1st.

The screenings will give new parents and their babies the chance to enjoy a comfortable, stress-free environment to sit back and enjoy the latest films in the plush surroundings of Stella Rathmines.

The award-winning cinema has introduced numerous measures to ensure the screenings are suitable for parents and their little tots.

The lights will be kept dimmed during the entire movie. The volume will also be reduced to ensure comfort for parents and their little ones.

The cinema said its goal is to ensure screenings are more inclusive and accessible for all guests.

These screenings also offer new parents a place to meet and socialise with no need for a babysitter.

The ticket to these screenings includes complimentary tea/coffee as well as a pastry from The Stella Diner.
