Survey reveals the worst person to buy for at Christmas

HerFamily

We all know that when it comes to Christmas, there are those people who you love buying for and there are those who are an absolute nightmare – like we would rather not get any presents than have to buy them one thing.

A survey, conducted by PhotoBox, has revealed that the majority of people think their partner is the most difficult person to buy for during the festive season.

Parents came in as the second trickiest to come up with ideas for while work colleagues are the easiest by far (we hope that’s not because they don’t care what they’re buying).

Speaking of splashing out on gifts, a whopping 95 per cent of those asked said a personalised present is better than one bought in a shop.

That’s because they have more sentimental value and they end up being better for the buyer, with two thirds admitting they would spend up to €40 on a personalised gift compared to an average spend of €80 on a store-bought gift.

Sounds like a win-win if you ask us!
