Staying in? The Script lead the line-up for tonight’s Late Late show

Keeley Ryan

The Script, Blindboy Boatclub and Fionnula Flanagan lead the lineup for this week’s Late Late Show.

The band will be in the studio ahead of the release of their new album, Sunsets & Full Moons, where Danny O’Donoghue, Mark Sheehan and Glen Power will talk to Ryan Tubridy about a turbulent year.

They will also perform their new single, The Last Time.

The Guard’s Fionnula Flanagan will be on the show to talk about her highly acclaimed career on the stage and on the screen.

And ahead of the release of his upcoming book, Boulevard Wren & Other Stories, Blindboy Boatclub will be on the chat show to share his thoughts on technology and consumerism.

He will also be talking to Ryan about the inspiration behind his upcoming short story collection.

Francis Brennan will talk about reaching retirement age, as the hotelier-slash-presenter also reveals why he has no intention of slowing down.

Shannen Joyce, Georgie Crawford and Mary Cullen – three young women who have found themselves battling cancer – will be on The Late Late Show to stress the importance of regular health checks and talk about the challenges of motherhood while seriously ill.

And The Three Amigos will be providing more music on the evening, with a special performance of Hand Me Down My Bible.
