Tommy Fury has booked a major fight just one day after Molly-Mae Hague's due date as the couple prepares to welcome their second child.
The former Love Island finalist and fashion mogul announced last month that she is expecting her second child with her partner Tommy Fury.
The couple reunited last year after a brief split and are already proud parents to their three-year-old daughter, Bambi.
As they get ready to welcome their second child, Tommy has announced plans to fight retired strongman Eddie Hall at the AO Arena in Manchester on June 13.
Tommy shared a fight poster featuring himself and Eddie for their “The Beauty vs The Beast” clash on Instagram this week.
However, some fans were quick to point out how close Tommy’s fight date is to Molly-Mae’s due date, especially given she was induced with their first child so he could be present for the birth ahead of his clash with Jake Paul.
Despite this, it appears Molly-Mae is supportive of the upcoming fight as her comment under the post reads: “SHOW TIME!!!”
Molly-Mae chose to be induced in 2023 so that Tommy could be by her side for the birth of their first daughter, Bambi.
Tommy had previously withdrawn twice, first in December 2021 due to a rib injury and again in August because of visa issues, but he ultimately faced YouTuber Jake on February 26 in Saudi Arabia.
Molly-Mae explained that they made a major decision about the birth so they could have a “rough understanding” of when Bambi would arrive ahead of the fight, sharing the details in a YouTube vlog about her birth story at the time.
Speaking in her video, she explained: “The reason we decided to be induced and not let the labour come on naturally is because, like I said, we had chosen to give birth in London.
“Also, as you guys know I can’t really avoid talking about it, Tommy has an absolutely gigantic fight in just a couple of weeks and through this period of life, we really just needed to have some sort of understanding of when things were going to be happening.
“We needed to have a rough understanding of when Bambi was going to be making her arrival so that I wasn’t going into labour and he wasn’t able to be with me…That would have been really bad!”
