“We believe it was truly an accident.”He said that the two children were found inside their parent's SUV - but, other than that, he said he couldn't provide any more details about the timeline or how hot the car was. The investigators said that the two children are believed to be twins. Both of them were approximately 5 months old. They are currently awaiting autopsy results from the medical examiner's office. The publication reports that Chesterfield Fire & EMS spokesman Jason Elmore said paramedics rushed to the scene around 2.30pm, after a report of two children being found unresponsive in an unattended vehicle. He said that when they arrived, "there were two infants in cardiac arrest". Both of them were rushed to the nearby Chippenham Hospital. Sadly, one of the infants was pronounced dead soon after arriving. The other passed away several hours later.
