Uh-Oh, Donald Trump Just Had To Publicly Apologize Over Comments About Groping Women

The thing about the times we are living in, eventually, everything you say (or, indeed, do) will come back to haunt you.

This, people, is what happened to Donald Trump this week when a tape from 2005, where Trump uses extraordinarily vulgar and flat out disgusting language as he described hitting on a married woman and grabbing women’s crotches, resurfaced and was released by The Washington Post yesterday.

This, considering the fact that the US elections are now only one month away, created quite the stir for The Donald and, indeed, the entire Republican Party, forcing many Republicans to call for Trump to drop out of the presidential race.

Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Party candidate for the US elections, was quick to condemn the tape, tweeting “we cannot allow this man to become president.”

The video hears Trump saying lewd sentences like: “When you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything,” the Presidential candidate is heard saying. “Grab them by the p****. You can do anything.”

Trump initially issued a nonapology for those comments, calling them “locker room talk.” But was, after several fellow Republicans withdrew their endorsements of him, forced to issue a video apology about what he had been caught saying.

This is by far the deepest crisis of his presidential campaign, and only time will tell the effect this will end up having when the US elections roll around in just a few weeks.
