Unicorn toast is here (and our lives are complete)

That's one way to start the day.

Breakfast time is about to get a whole lot brighter. A new trend has kicked off which has been dubbed unicorn toast and it's quickly becoming very popular. These days there are so many unicorn themed foods that we can hardly keep up. The main similarity with them is that they are very colourful and often glittery. So if you're trying to picture unicorn toast then you probably have the right idea. It's very very bright. And your kids are going to ADORE it.

Today on my feed a photo popped up from a cafe selling #unicorntoast ? Pretty crazy that my idea to naturally color cream cheeses and throw them on toast has become such a thing that establishments are actually selling it... I feel like quite a trendsetter, I must say ? It usually consists of natural food colourings and some cream cheese. We definitely want to try this.

My version of the popular unicorn/rainbow toast. Not as pretty as the original version but still yummy and a fun winter afternoon activity. Only used natural food colours (beetroot, spirulina, turmeric,acai, chlorophyll) #unicorntoast #rainbowtoast
