TV personality Vanessa Feltz has said that she wanted to breastfeed her grandson.
The radio presenter has said that she felt the urge to breastfeed her grandson, Zekey, after he was born.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant revealed in an interview with OK! Magazine that when Zekey was born she felt a prickly sensation in her boobs.
Zekey was the first of her three grandchildren and born to her daughter Allegra.
According to The Mirror, when talking about what many people felt was a controversial statement she said;
“It was a joke but sort of serious! I thought that when I saw the baby, it would feel like the prickly feeling you get in your boobs when you breastfeed. But I don’t think that happens with grandmas, so it was metaphorical.”
Vanessa’s daughter, Saskia, is due a son this coming April with husband Marc Joss and the 56-year-old grandmother has said that she is ecstatic.
Vanessa is already a grandmother to her daughter Allegra’s two children Zekey, four, and Neroli, two.
