Paul Rugg, who is best known for voicing characters in various cartoons, such as The Animaniacs and Pinky and The Brain, has shared one of the most bizarre, yet funny videos online.
Sitting at home with his dog in his arms, he starts off by speaking about what he likes to do to unwind. He said that he’s often asked how he likes to relax after a long day at home and he confirmed that he just likes to pet his dog.
Speaking directly to camera, he then proceeds to demonstrate the petting while talking about the benefits of doing so. But, unexpectedly, the dog has a completely different reaction to what we expected.
