Ok, I am warning all of us sensitive parents in advance: this is a tough watch in many respects.
The instant that adorable six-and-a-half month old baby Josie hits the water, a part of you goes straight into panic mode.
She looks
way too small to be able to handle being in the water, and nobody is making a quick dash to grab her.
But thanks to three weeks of ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) training, she is completely able to roll back and float without any assistance from mum or dad.
Josie's older brother Jake passed away in a drowning accident and his parents created the
Live Like Jake foundation, which promotes bringing awareness to drowning prevention.
Watch this incredible video of Josie handling herself in the water and let us know what you think.

If you would like to teach your baby to swim, there are tonnes of classes around the country, such as
Aquababies and
WaterBabies.
