Jake Quickenden has shut down trolls who called his son 'ugly' in a moving Instagram post. The proud dad gushed about his baby boy and how much fatherhood has changed his life. Alongside a photo of Leo as a newborn and a current snap, the dad wrote, "BE PROUD OF HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME. Looking back on pictures you realise how far you have come how much you have changed and everything you have overcome and we should look back more." Jake said it's important to acknowledge that everyone is facing their own personal struggles, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. "After I lost my dad and brother I never thought I would be truly happy but Leo came and changed all that. The beginning was tough and I wasn’t expecting it but he’s changed so much and every day it gets easier and I love him that little bit more."

"So whatever you have been through, you are here right now you are still battling through and we can do anything," he added. The dad noted the difference between his baby boy when he was only 3 weeks old to 20 weeks old. The tiny tot was targeted by trolls when Jake shared photos of him as a newborn. The cruel commenters called his son ugly, but the dad shut down those remarks today. "3 weeks to 20 weeks the change is mad, and some people thought he wasn’t handsome LOL…. Who’s laughing now," he wrote alongside the cute photos of his baby boy.

The dad received some horrifying messages about his newborn, as did his partner Sophie: "It hurt, but you have to ask yourself, 'Why are people doing this?' Sophie received one saying, 'Why don't you drown your baby.' Something must change with the online laws." "But to troll an innocent child is so wrong and the people doing it seriously need to seek help," the reality star stressed. We couldn't agree more.
