The 38-year-old's recently-redesigned engagement ring is made up of three large stones: a diamond from Botswana, with two smaller ones from Princess Diana's collection.
Earlier this year, the band was made thinner - and a number of small gemstones were added.
The eternity ring was first publicly seen during June's Trooping the Colour, and is thought to have been a push present from Prince Harry.
An insider told Hello that the reason the Duchess isn't wearing the rings is because she is keen to be "low key" while doing Emet and greets with members of the public.
