Aiman Siddiqui was studying for exams and, to avoid being distracted, she used a new function on her iPhone that let her create automated text messages that would respond to anyone that texted her.
Having a bit of fun with the text, she made it more tongue-in-cheek than polite.
What she didn't anticipate was that her future mother-in-law would text during this time frame and would receive that automated response.
Her mother-in-law texted her to tell her that she had bought Joshanda for her, a cold and flu remedy and was she received back read, "i'm studying leave me tf alone. bih ahh tryna make me fail all the time. I GON BE SUCCESFULLLL"
Talk about awkward.
Aiman shared her embarrassment on Twitter and it has gone viral.
