The world’s best airline has been revealed and we can definitely see why

Jade Hayden

That’s fair enough, like.

When you think of fancy as f*ck airlines, what springs to mind?

Glorious food? Decent space to stretch out your legs? A queen size bed?

Yeah, all of the above wouldn’t go amiss on a flight in fairness now.

It makes sense then that the world’s best airline has all of these things… it also makes sense that this airline is Singapore Airlines, because their suites are genuinely incredible and you’d be mad to not want to have a go in one of them at least once in your life.

And, as it turns out, a lot of people do – or at least, a load of people told Trip Advisor that they do anyway.

We can see why, in fairness.

Last year, Singapore Airlines introduced some new deluxe suites to their long-haul flights and they are absolutely next level.

Like, we’re talking could be mistaken for a hotel room in the sky next level.

Like, you wouldn’t want to exit the plane to get to your destination because you’re definitely having a better time on the flight next level.

The new suites have horizontal beds (!), a double if you’re a couple, a 32-inch TV, a recliner, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and lots of fancy decor.

Such luxury does (surprisingly) not come cheap though with a ticket for a first-class flight currently sitting at a cool €3378.74.

In fairness, they did win best airline… not most cost affective airline.

Other notable contenders on the list included the following.

2. Air New Zealand

3. Emirates

4. Japan Airlines

5. EVA Air

Wouldn’t mind a spin on any of them, to be honest.
