According to parenting expert Jasmine Peters, it's because Prince George needs to be seen as a strong figure of importance, like his Dad.
She also believes that George is being prepared for his role as King.
Peters told the Daily Mail:
"It is not uncommon to see a father with his son to set the foundation of what his role and responsibilities will be in life with a family."
However, she also said that this could reflect how traditional and nuclear the royal family are expected to be.
"It could reflect that Kate and William are traditional, but it also reflects the importance of the bond created between father and son and mother and daughter that they both treasure and hold dearly as responsible and loving parents."Well, there you go. Prince George is always next to his father because he's probably going to be King one day. Good for him.
