2. Never force your little one into awkward movements. These videos will improve your skills as a Yogi too, Mom. Stretching out all your aching muscles and for your baby improving their motor skills, balance and coordination. Literally all you need to get started is a towel on your living room or baby’s nursery floor. Simples!
3. Beware! Do not attempt baby yoga if your child is tired or hungry. You need them to be happy in their nappy to enjoy this relaxing routine!
4. Tickling, funny faces and songs or rhymes will be all the more enticing when they are wriggling around on the mat beneath with 100% attention.
5. Massage can help stimulate blood vessels and improve circulation as your baby gets into the groove of the gentle exercises.
6. Kissing and caressing your child in these positions enhances the fun aspect for them and is ultimately calming (for both of you).
7. Once you get into a routine with your baby, and you are both comfortable, invite some friends to join your sessions. Maybe you could fit in a quick coffee afterwards too?
Pampers Premium Protection™ Active Fit nappies will enable your child to bend, twist and turn easily. What is great is the stretchy side panels and extra absorbent layer that speeds away wetness. In any movement from 'Downward dog' to the 'Child pose' they will be happy to bend freely in this nappy.
