All her creations are vintage perfection. She walks us through the easy step by step process of making these paper shamrocks. 1. Get some green card and cut them into hearts 2. Put a longer slit in the middle of the bow shape of the heart 3. Place all the tips together and tape them 4. Turn them over and your shamrock is complete 5.
