How to turn paper shamrocks into chic decor (for the week that’s in it)

Amanda Cassidy

Make your own shamrocks with your own little people to mark St Patrick’s day.

They are fun and easy to make and doll up the house nicely – discreet and pretty.

We came across this AMAZING blog by Ella Claire and it has inspired us to be more craftsy from now on. All her creations are vintage perfection.

She walks us through the easy step by step process of making these paper shamrocks.

1. Get some green card and cut them into hearts

2. Put a longer slit in the middle of the bow shape of the heart

3. Place all the tips together and tape them

4. Turn them over and your shamrock is complete

5. Stick on a little tail and stick to the walls

St Patrick’s day perfect – your home will look pretty and your children will have fun. Win-win.
