Pregnancy

This is what Amal Clooney had to say about having more babies with George

We're kind of upset about this, tbh.

She might have only welcomed her twin babies back in June of this year, but that does not stop the world wondering if Amal Clooney and her actor husband will be adding more babies to their brood in the future.

However, the Oxford-educated human rights lawyer recently stated when asked about future pregnancy plansthat she thinks the Clooneys are done and dusted in the baby making department.

Sad, we know.

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Amal, 39, shook her head and said:

“I’m 39 . . . I already had them quite late.”

Her husband has also explained that while dating, the two of them never actually discussed the prospect of raising a family.

“We didn’t plan on it,” George, 56, explains. “We never talked about it until after we were married, which is funny. There was an assumption that we didn’t want them. And then, after the wedding, Amal and I were talking and we just felt we’d gotten very lucky, both of us, and we should share whatever good luck we’ve got. It would seem self-centered to just have that belong to us.”

It sounds like the Clooneys are loving parenthood so far, though.

Last month, George opened up about parenting in an interview with The Associated Press at his home in Lake Como, Italy.

“I just have to clean the barf off of my tux. It used to be my barf but now it’s the twins’ barf. So it all works out,” he joked with the reporter.

“Right now my job is changing diapers and walking them around a little bit,” the actor added. “I really didn’t think at 56 that I would be the parent of twins. Don’t make plans. You always have to just enjoy the ride.”
