The mum to be has kept it very real throughout her pregnancy.
Probably the most clichéd expression when talking about pregnant women is to describe them as “glowing”.
While this indeed may be the case for a lot of women, there is also a significant number of ladies who are ill during their pregnancies. As with most things in life, everyone’s experience is different.
Thirty-seven-year-old Amy Schumer has had a tough pregnancy to date and has shared her struggles online, the latest of which shows her hooked up to a drip.
While Amy is in a sorry state physically, her spirit isn’t crushed and she captioned the Instagram, “Am I glowing?”, giving everyone a giggle.
Mums were quick to sympathise and praised her for being such a good sport. One woman, a former nurse, said:
“Amazing how you keep on going despite being so uncomfortable. Please do listen to your body and slow down when you need to. I hope I’m not over stepping but I’ve been a nurse for 40 years and I just can’t help myself!”
Fellow celeb mum, Gweneth Paltrow wrote: “All kidding aside, you are a f’ing champ.”

The comedian is now in her second trimester of pregnancy, but she says that she is still struggling with severe nausea and vomiting. She was recently forced to reschedule some Texas shows as she was hospitalised due to these side effects.
Amy suffers from hyperemesis, the same condition that caused Kate Middleton to become very ill during her pregnancy.
Despite experiencing a turbulent pregnancy, Amy has continued working and has developed a clothing line called Le Cloud which has a wide range of sizes and prioritises comfort.
Amy recently spoke about the one thing she is really looking forward to after giving birth and we think she’s going to make an amazing mum. At least she has a good sense of humour, which most mums would probably agree is a requirement for the job!
