There are millions of books out there for expectant and new mamas to sink their teeth into, and Serena Williams has given a shout-out to one of her absolute favourites.
The expectant mum told Entertainment Tonight that she loves a book called
Whoa Baby! A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out (and Wonder What the #*$& Just Happened) by none other than singer Kelly Rowland.
Kelly wrote the book with her gynaecologist after giving birth to her son Titan, now 2, about the changes a new mum experience after the birth.
"It's just raw," said Serena. "It's everything that no one wants to tell you. I highlight things in it. I study it. It's been really, really, good for me."
As Serena is a friend of Kelly's, it's no surprise she's turned to the book for guidance.
She even plugged it on Instagram just days before she revealed her own pregnancy.
