The actress announced in April that she and her fiancé, Jason Sudeikis, are expecting their second child. The couple is already parents to 2-year-old son Otis.

Eva and her boyfriend, Ryan Gosling, are also expecting their second child. Their daughter, Esmeralda, was born in September 2014.

3. Audrina Patridge

The formerThe Hills star and her fiancé, BMX rider Corey Bohan, are expecting their first child, a baby girl, later this spring.

4. Liv Tyler

Liv announced that she and fiancé, Dave Gardner, are having a second child together. They welcomed son Sailor in February 2015 and are parents to 11-year-old Milo and 9-year-old Grey from previous relationships.
