Mystery solved.
It looks like Kylie Jenner may have named her baby butterfly after all. Kind of.
The makeup mogul revealed on February 4 that she had welcomed her first child, a "beautiful, healthy" baby girl, with her boyfriend Travis Scott.

And following the announcement, many fans began to speculate over the newborn's name - with many people convinced it would be something butterfly-related.
Mariposa, Monarch and Butterfly were all among the names rumoured for the little girl - especially given the matching tattoos that Kylie and Travis share.
Kylie then appeared to be hinting at decorating her baby's nursery with butterfly images, as well as receiving floral gifts in the shape of the animal, and fans were convinced.
Which is why when Kylie revealed her daughter's name - Stormi Webster - a few days later, people were pretty surprised.

But one fan theory reckons that the name Stormi does have a butterfly meaning after all.
The Butterfly Effect is one of Travis' biggest songs and, beyond also being an Ashton Kutcher movie, is also the name of the theory when one seemingly small incident can lead to a huge outcome.
In other words, if a butterfly futures its wings, a storm is caused on the other side of the world.
