Pippa O’Connor Ormond Reveals The Inspiration Behind Her Son’s Name

Last month, we were gushing about the name Pippa O’Connor Ormond and her husband Brian picked for their new arrival. And that was before we even knew the reason behind it. The model and blogger uploaded a post to her website Pippa.ie revealing how she was adjusting to life as a mum-of-two.

She also shared the sweet reason that they picked Louis as their second son’s moniker, explaining: “We only had 1 boy name in our heads. “Louis is French for ‘famous warrior’, I love it and I liked how well it went with Ollie. The main reason we chose Louis was it’s the male version of ‘Louise’, after my Mum.” Pippa added that Ollie, who is three years old now, and little Louis have been getting on brilliantly.

“Ollie adores his little brother,” she explained. “Thankfully he’s been amazing and has adapted very well. “There was the odd moment of acting out looking for attention but nothing major.
