Chrissy Teigen is struggling with this one thing during her pregnancy

Chrissy Teigen has reached out to fans to ask for help about a pregnancy issue she is having.

While she said that she loves being pregnant, she hates the headaches that come with it. She asked her fans for advice and also preempted some of their responses by saying, "Don’t say water. Or Tylenol. Or iron. Or magnesium."

I love being pregnant. I like it more than not being pregnant. But the headaches, my god the headaches. Someone...please help. Don’t say water. Or Tylenol. Or iron. Or magnesium. I need witchcraft

I know. When I was desperate, I was ?? close to taking it. The OB ended up prescribing fioricet and that actually helped. 1 tab with some cold diet coke, an ice pack, and some peppermint oil on my forehead.

my mom swears by essential oils and uses peppermint oil for headaches. I’m still deciding whether I’m into it bc I don’t think it’s like all mighty curing oil the way essential oil people act but I feel like it at least dulls the pain
