A mum-to-be has shared a collage depicting the “massive growth” of her baby bump after discovering she was pregnant with triplets.
Norwegian born Maria found out that was expecting not one, not two, but three babies during her first scan.
She said that over the last few months, she has been preparing for this life changing event in lots of different ways, always keeping track of how much her stomach was growing.
And, spoilers, it was a lot.

On Instagram, she shared her baby bump collage at 34 weeks, writing “my belly is bigger than yours.”
She said:
“Week to week with the triplets. What a journey this has been!
“From the huge shock of learning there were three, to people’s reactions, the numerous scannings/checks and all the preparations and planning for this life changing event. Nothing like the ordinary.”
Maria said that she was glad she took the photos, because they showed the “massive growth” of her belly over the past few months.
She also called the experience of being pregnant with triplets “strange” and said it is a wonder she could stand up “without falling down.”

The mum-of-one is due later this month.
She previously said that she was grateful to have made it so far in her pregnancy without any major complications.
Despite her positive attitude, she has experienced frequent Braxton Hicks contractions, itchy and stinging skin on her stomach, and developed a poor sleeping pattern.
Maria had her last check up today before she gives birth.
