Dawn O'Porter has pretty much made every new mum's day on social media after posting a picture highlighting the realities of having a post-childbirth body.
Many women feel stressed and under pressure to spring back to their original size and shape after having a baby, but something (or most of the time) it's not really a reality.
Dawn, who is married to Chris O'Dowd, summed up how that feels in one picture. She took to social media with a simple caption for the photograph of her trying to fit into a pair of jeans. She said, "#wishfulthinking'.
Dawn welcomed her second baby, her son Valentine, in July. Other new mothers have been praising her for being so open and honest about the struggles of post-pregnancy weight.
