Deliciously Ella‘s Ella Mills reveals she is expecting her second child.
The cookbook author and food blogger shared the happy news with her followers on Wednesday – eight months after she and her husband Matthew welcomed their daughter, Skye.
“Skye’s going to be a big sister,” she began the post, which featured a photo of the three of them.
“We’re feeling so lucky to hold on to something so special while the world feels so topsy turvy, and whilst of course it’s a little unnerving to be navigating pregnancy in this climate, we are just so incredibly grateful.
“Like everyone else, we’re staying quietly at home, taking Austin and Skye our for a little daily walk on our own, which this morning was the quietest and emptiest I’ve ever seen London. Sending so much love to you all.”
She and Matthew married in 2016. They welcomed their daughter, Skye, in July last year.
The 28-year-old shot to fame after the success of her food blog Deliciously Ella, founded in 2012 while she was at university.
The blog focused on clean eating and led to the publication of her first cookbook in 2015.
The book became a bestseller and the Deliciously Ella brand now includes a range of healthy snacks, candles and a London deli.
Ella’s grandfather is Lord Sainsbury, whose grandparents founded the first Sainsbury’s grocery shop which spawned the supermarket chain of the same name.
