“Keep being the incredible, empowering, loving mummy that you are.”

We could all do with a friend like Stacey Solomon. The soon-to-be mum-of-four sent her best friend the sweetest message after the cleaning guru got honest about motherhood.

Sophie, who has over 4 million followers on Instagram, apologised to fans after taking some time away from the Internet.

She shared, “I am sorry for being so quiet on here. If I was to say I wasn’t finding it hard adjusting I would be lying.

“I have lots going on at the moment that I won’t bore you all with but I just need to find my feet and I will be back like before! Thank you for understanding,” the mum-of-two admitted.

Stacey has been a constant support for Sophie since she welcomed her second son Lennie into the world. The Loose Women star reminded her that no mum has it all figured out.

“These first weeks are so hard and gruelling. You’re doing so well bub. Don’t you ever doubt yourself. Keep being the incredible, empowering, loving mummy that you are… Luckiest boys in the world,” Stacey wrote.

Sophie also shared some more words of wisdom from her best friend in a touching Instagram post.

“I am so grateful … thank you for the long talks, for listening to me when I lost my way, and thank you for bringing the sunshine with you @staceysolomon.

“As mothers it’s ok to admit that we haven’t mastered it all but always be brave enough to keep trying” she added.

The duo, who have been friends for two years, really are friendship goals.
