A massive congratulations to the pair!
It looks like one of our favourite soap stars, Adam Thomas is about to become a father again, as his wife, Caroline Daly announced today that they’re expecting baby number two.
The pair, who are already parents to three-year-old son Teddy, announced the news in OK! Magazine, Caroline explained how she was feeling uneasy one morning and then realised these were the same symptoms she had felt before: “I’d been feeling really tired and then suddenly it hit me, that was exactly how I felt when I was pregnant with Teddy. My mum went out and got a test and I left Adam downstairs while I took it. After I realised it was positive, I gave it to Teddy and told him to give it to Adam. I downloaded a pregnancy app and worked out that we got pregnant on our wedding day.”
The pair who were taken by surprise by this pregnancy, were not planning to have another baby until 2019 however, the couple are overjoyed with the news and Adam admitted there will be waterworks if he finds out they are having a baby girl.
He said: “I’ve not cried throughout the pregnancy but if I find out we’re having a girl, I will probably cry. I’m convinced we’re having another boy so it’ll be be quite overwhelming if I find out we’re having a daughter. I see the way Ryan is with his daughter Scarlett and it’s a totally different relationship to the one I have with Teddy. Being a dad to a girl would be a lovely experience.”
