Adult nappies, skincare, a TENS machine: Vogue shares everything in her hospital bag
With less than a week til her due date, Vogue Williams has shared exactly what she'll be bringing with her when she goes into labour.
Vogue, who is expecting her first child with husband Spencer Matthews, went through her hospital bag on Instagram stories last night.
Among the bits she's got packed are a stem cell collection kit.
"I am storing the baby's stem cells," she revealed.
"You give this to the doctor and the doctor collects it or else they collect it and then you send it off."
Next up are all of Vogue's favourite toiletries and skincare products, including bits from L'Oreal, Dermalogica, Image, Molton Brown and Charlotte Tilbury.
Among her other labour must-haves are some Berocca tablets for energy, black pyjamas and underwear ("I was told that everything just gets wrecked"), perineal massage oil, some essential oils, nipple shields, ear plugs, a sleep mask, a laundry bag and a speaker.
"I've got a playlist that really calms me down and I want to listen to that," she said.
She's also stocked up on post-labour essentials like pads, breast pads, adult nappies and instant cold pads "because I heard that you've got a very sore vajayjay (after giving birth)".
Vogue also has a TENS machine packed to help her with the pain of labour and revealed that she wasn't sure whether she was going to opt for pain relief.
"I'm also going to try breathing, maybe the epidural, I don't know."
The first-time mum also has loads of baby clothes in both newborn and 0-3 months sizes as she doesn't know how big the baby is going to be - plus a few potential going home outfits for herself.
She's definitely well prepared and she doesn't have long to go as her due date is 1 September.
