“I knew I wanted to carry on with pole, but that I’d have to adapt,” she told The Sun. “It’s only recently that my bump has started to get in the way.”Charlotte said that she continued her pole workout as usual up until 12 weeks, and then amended the routines to suit her changing body. At 20 weeks, she gave up running and at 24, she reduced the intensity of her workouts further.
