Pregnancy is clearly suiting Gemma Atkinson.
The actress, who is expecting her first child, has shared an update to Instagram with before and after images of her body to show how it’s changed over the past few months.
In the first photo she’s posing with weights and in the second she’s cradling her bump.
“Our bodies are incredible!” she wrote.
“What they are capable of doing astounds me, and in both these pictures I felt / feel like superwoman.
“I have a life inside of me ticking away ready to join us soon. The little kicks and turns and flutters are just wonderful. I feel so incredibly lucky.”
It hasn’t all been rosy for Gemma though.
The 34-year-old told fans last month that she’d been feeling unwell and that she’s had to adapt her training routine.
“The first few weeks I couldn’t really do anything because I didn’t feel very well and so I just kind of listened to my body,” she said.
“And I’ve started yoga, which I’m really enjoying.”
Gemma and her partner Gorka Marquez announced their baby news at the beginning of February.
“Myself & Gorks are beyond excited and happy and feel incredibly blessed to be meeting our new family member later this year,” she wrote on Instagram.
